UDAF is an independent interdisciplinary research initiative and platform.

Why a shared framework matters

People, organizations, communities and infrastructure can face sustained load at the same time. Shared questions help reveal dependencies without treating physiological, social and engineering mechanisms as equivalent.

Research logic

Threat → Response → Adaptation → Preservation of Function → Recovery → Development. We first define the system and its critical function. We then distinguish observations, explanations and hypotheses, identifying sources, uncertainty and the limits of conclusions.

Five connected projects

Five distinct but connected projects. Each has its own editorial structure, thematic focus and knowledge base, while all operate within the shared UDAF framework.

The role of the main UDAF site

The main site supports shared methodology, cross-domain writing and project concepts. The thematic projects provide domain depth. We are building conditions for authorship, review, working groups and international collaboration.

Expert Network

The Expert Network is being formed. An application starts a conversation; it is not acceptance into the network. Roles and public representation require separate agreement. Reviewers are credited only after an actual review.

Current status and future development

UDAF operates as an independent initiative and platform, not as a registered NGO, foundation or formal research institute. Institutional development remains a future direction. Participation in the Expert Network does not confer membership in any future legal organization.
