Compare with care
Bodies, teams, communities and states have different regulatory mechanisms. Resources, load, reserves and recovery can be useful concepts for asking questions at each level. Similar terminology does not prove that mechanisms are identical or justify automatically transferring findings between disciplines.
Connections across scales
Infrastructure stability affects living conditions. The condition of people affects organizations. Organizational decisions shape access to resources and opportunities for recovery. A change to one element can therefore create both benefits and additional pressure elsewhere.
The five domains
Defense addresses protection from threats; Human concerns the ability to think, decide and act; Soma explores physiological regulation and recovery; Society considers the conditions for social renewal; Habitat addresses the environment for living. Their collaboration starts with clear responsibilities, data and definitions.
What remains to be tested
This is a conceptual map for interdisciplinary discussion. Causal links, measures and practical recommendations need separate validation within each domain. The model does not replace medical, engineering or other professional assessment.
